These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReplyCalmly ("we", "our", or "us"), including our website, tools, and the Documentation System. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What We Provide

ReplyCalmly offers:

• A set of free tools, including a BIFF-style response generator, a screenshot-to-PDF organizer, a co-parenting schedule generator, and child support resources by state.
• A paid Documentation System for logging incidents, categorizing behavior patterns, tracking expenses, and linking supporting files.

The tools are designed to help you stay organized and communicate clearly. Features may change, improve, or be retired over time.

2. Not Legal Advice

ReplyCalmly is not a law firm, and we don't provide legal advice. Our tools, templates, and content are for general informational and organizational purposes only. Using ReplyCalmly does not create an attorney-client relationship. For advice about your specific situation — especially anything involving custody, court filings, or legal strategy — please consult a licensed family law attorney in your jurisdiction.

3. Your Responsibility for Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of anything you enter into ReplyCalmly — including logs, notes, dates, descriptions, and any content you attach. We don't verify entries, and we don't guarantee that records kept in our tools will be accepted in any specific legal or administrative proceeding.

4. Acceptable Use

When using ReplyCalmly, you agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm another person.
• Upload unlawful content, content you have no right to use, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• Use the service to create a competing product.

We may restrict or terminate access for users who violate these rules.

5. Accounts and Access

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Payments

• The Documentation System is offered as a monthly subscription at $19/month. You may cancel anytime.
• Prices and included features are shown at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We don't store full payment card details.
• Refunds, if any, are handled as described on the purchase page or by contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

The ReplyCalmly name, website, tools, templates, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial co-parenting documentation purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish our materials without written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create in your own documentation. By using the service, you give us a limited right to process that content solely as needed to provide the service to you.

8. Third-Party Services

ReplyCalmly may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, Google Drive, payment providers, or AI models). We are not responsible for those services or their content. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features with or without notice. We'll make reasonable efforts to communicate meaningful changes.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyCalmly and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ReplyCalmly is primarily operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
